Other surface restoration
Not every surface fits a category. If it's worn, scratched, stained or dull, send us a photo and we'll tell you whether it can be restored, and how.
The problem
Buildings are full of surfaces that don't have an obvious specialist: terrazzo stairs, polished concrete floors, brass and stainless-steel trims, glass balustrades, laminate counters, grout in swimming-pool decks. They wear like everything else, and replacing them is often disproportionate to the damage.
Our solution
We assess the material first. Most hard surfaces can be mechanically restored or refinished in place with the right abrasives, compounds and protective treatments:
- Terrazzo and polished concrete: grinding, honing, polishing and densifying
- Metal: brass, bronze, copper and stainless steel cleaned, de-scratched, polished and protected
- Glass: hard-water staining and light scratches removed from balustrades, shopfronts and shower screens
- Laminate and composite counters: deep cleaning and refinishing where the material allows
- Exterior and pool surfaces: pressure cleaning, efflorescence and algae removal, sealing
If a surface can't be restored to a standard we'd put our name to, we'll say so and suggest the alternative.
Process
- Send photos through the quotation form, or book a site inspection
- We identify the material, test a small area and quote in writing
- Restoration on site, then protection and care instructions
Result
A surface that looks right again without the cost and disruption of replacement.
