Tiles rarely wear out, but grout, haze and micro-scratches make a floor look old. We restore both the tile and the grout.
The problem
Grout darkens and stains, grout haze and traffic film dull the tile, and polished porcelain picks up fine scratches. Regrouting is disruptive; ordinary cleaning doesn't fix it.
Our solution
High-pressure hot-water extraction for tile and grout, chemical removal of haze and film, grout colour-sealing to a uniform tone, and polishing of polished porcelain to remove scratching.
